Beijing Tongmin Weilai Powertrain Technology Co. recently settled in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA). 

The company focuses on providing professional testing and R&D services for new energy vehicle enterprises. 

Beijing Tongmin Weilai Powertrain Technology Co. has earned overseas and domestic qualifications in the past 4 years, and was the first private enterprise to receive the testing qualification for new energy vehicles from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

CATL, BAIC BJEV, Daimler AG, Farasis Energy, GAC Group and BMW are among its clients.

High-end vehicles and NEV key components industrial park

New energy and intelligent vehicles is one of the key four industries in the BDA, and Beijing Tongmin Weilai Powertrain Technology Co. will contribute to its optimization and upgrading.

After its settlement, the company will implement a three step model, "R&D of universities, engineering practice, testing and evaluation", and establish a center for power battery testing, cascade utilization and energy storage and testing and R&D of equipment of new energy vehicles. The innovative center will also provide training, achievement transformation and engineering technology verification.

In addition, it will cooperate with the BDA, to provide testing services for other new energy vehicles enterprises in the BDA this year.
