Behind the 2022 Winter Olympics, many little-known technological products and forces are providing silent support. 

From anti-epidemic technology to sleep-enhancing technology and communication, Beijing Brio Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), has made indirect efforts.

"This time, we have provided manufacturing services for five corporate customers serving the Winter Olympics, helping them produce both equipment components and complete products," said Wei Linhe, deputy general manager of Brio Tech. 

During the Winter Olympics and Paralympics, from the PCR detection equipment board module of Lepu Diagnostics, to the Mambo sleep machine and healthcare machine of Shanghai Aina Shi, to the video communication terminal of HexMeet, various products have realized transformation from research and development to mass production.

Brio Tech built a special dust-free aging test environment for Shanghai Aina Shi, as a large number of charged ions would be released during aging tests of its products.

During Spring Festival in 2021, Brio Tech asked frontline staff to work in 24-hour shifts, ensuring the on-time delivery of products. 

In its work with Lepu Diagnostics, Brio Tech further demonstrated the competitiveness of its supply chain. When facing a shortage of raw materials in the domestic market, it urgently dispatched extra supplies and completed the production and delivery of all products within four weeks.

Behind the rapid delivery is the continuous improvement of Brio Tech's software, hardware and supply chain. 

Stepping onto the production line of Brio Tech An, you can see the visual "manufacturing execution" system (MES system) as soon as you enter. 

The production progress of each production line is clear at a glance. The production plan can be adjusted in real time according to progress, defect rates and other information. 

On each production line, from raw materials to finished products, a unique barcode is affixed to realize the traceability of the entire production process. On partial production lines, Brio Tech also ensures standardized production processes by using robots.
