The hosts of a press briefing for the 2022 OpenAtom Global Open Source Summit, which was held on July 19, announced that the summit will take place in Beijing E-Town from July 27 to 29. 

The summit will feature a main forum, more than 10 sub-forums and related activities, as well as an open source corridor, a foundation sponsor awarding ceremony, and an unveiling ceremony for the annual open source star.

As a sharing and communication platform for open source developers, forums at the event will include a summit forum, a open source compliance sub-forum, an OpenHarmony sub-forum, an openEuler sub-forum, an open source technology application and governance sub-forum, a database sub-forum, an education sub-forum, and a cloud native sub-forum.

In addition, heads of internationally renowned open source foundations and open source experts from home and abroad will be invited to give keynote speeches to discuss the concept of open source development and the global open source co-construction model.

As the host of this summit, Beijing E-Town has tapped a group of high-quality open source projects, incubated a number of open source software products, and cultivated many open source innovative enterprises through competitions, exhibitions and forums.
