"Currently, there are 35 enterprises settled in the park, including 26 biomedical enterprises, six electronic information enterprises, and three other enterprises. Among them, there are 11 specialized and sophisticated companies, including three specialized and sophisticated little giants." remarked a staff member of Jinghai Industrial Park.

Currently, the overall occupancy rate of the park is 100 percent, and its output value amounts to 500 million yuan ($73.7 million).

How does it attract so many high-quality enterprises? And how does it support enterprises in achieving long-term development?

The park combines "hard services" and "soft services". 

In terms of "hard services", Jinghai Industrial Park has standard light workshops, which can meet the production and R&D needs of enterprises, and are especially suitable for the renovation of functional rooms, such as clean rooms and laboratories. Enterprises will be recommended suitable production facilities before moving in. 

As for "soft services", the park operator, Yizhuang City Service Group, has signed strategic cooperation agreements with banks, law firms, policy services, human resources and other institutions to serve enterprises, covering policy services, financial services, talent services, intellectual property rights, legal services, consulting, financial auditing, technical services, education and training.

In addition to the expansion of industrial services, the park is also constantly upgrading in terms of its management services, such as the intelligent upgrading of its power distribution equipment, and the installation of sensor devices for heating equipment. 

In 2021, the park obtained its "carbon neutral" certification, and was selected as a pilot project of "carbon neutrality" in Beijing E-Town.

In 2023, the second phase of the Jinghai Industrial Park will be constructed. 

On the basis of the original first-phase construction area of 100,000 square meters, an additional construction area of about 60,000 square meters will be added, focusing on the two leading industries of new generation information technology, biotechnology and big health, forming industrial clusters, linking upstream and downstream industries, and creating a complete and professional industrial platform.
