The Administrative Approval Bureau of Beijing E-Town is deepening the reforms and innovation of its services and mechanisms for enterprises. They are using multiple measures to address the practical demands of businesses.

In 2023, after the issuance of the new quota for work residence permits on May 19, the Beijing E-Town Administrative Approval Bureau provided services to 530 enterprise employees through eight lectures on the policies and procedures for obtaining work residence permits in Beijing, combining online and offline approaches.

Besides streamlining implementation of policies, the Beijing E-Town Administrative Approval Bureau actively engages with enterprises to help them resolve issues and overcome hurdles. 

On June 9, the Administrative Approval Bureau's Party branch visited the Information Technology Application Innovation (ITAI) Park in Beijing E-Town to hold discussions with representatives from the E-Town Enterprise Service Port, LiMa Optoelectronics Technology (Beijing) Co, and Beijing Tongminghu Information City Development Co. They listened to the needs of enterprises and solved problems on the spot.

"We have established a special ledger for enterprise service demands to promptly monitor the progress of resolving their demands. Issues confronting 17 companies have been resolved, and the response rate and completion rate for enterprise demands have remained at 100 percent," said the head of the Beijing E-Town Administrative Approval Bureau. 

The department actively promotes the downward delegation of government services to the enterprise service ports and enterprises, extending the acceptance process to the enterprise service ports, enabling companies to get things done without leaving the service port and realizing easy, nearby, and doorstep government services.

"We hope to establish a mechanism for comprehensive tracking services for major projects, advance technical services for complex matters, and ensure rapid response services for key enterprises. Through policy consultations, business guidance, and approval briefing sessions, we aim to serve a group of key projects and enterprises, summarize and solidify service experiences, and further enhance service and efficiency," the head of the Beijing E-Town Administrative Approval Bureau added.
