During the event, it was announced that the 2023 Beijing Microelectronics International Symposium and IC WORLD Conference will take place from Sep 25 to 27 in Beijing E-Town.

The theme of the Beijing Microelectronics International Symposium and IC WORLD Conference is "Convergence, Cooperation, and Advancement." 

The event will adhere to the principles of collaborative innovation and deep integration, giving greater importance to the organic linkage between high-standard, serialized academic conferences, and exhibitions.

It aims to achieve comprehensive integration of resources in the integrated circuit industry by cooperation with government, enterprises, universities, industry associations, and the media, promoting development of a new trend in the integrated circuit industry chain. 

The conference seeks to support the development of the integrated circuit industry towards clustering and high-end chain-orientation, and strives to become a driving force and witness of China becoming a powerhouse in the integrated circuit industry. The conference will include one summit forum and ten sub-forums, with the participation of nearly 150 industry experts and business leaders.

Beijing E-Town, known as the “hi-tech zone" in the "three science cities and one hi-tech area" main platform for Beijing's international scientific and technological innovation center construction, has been the city's core area for the development of the integrated circuit industry. 

With the production scale of the integrated circuit industry's major projects increasing, Beijing E-Town is expected to become the largest integrated circuit production base in China, with the broadest coverage, the most diverse product categories, and the strongest comprehensive strength among equipment manufacturing enterprises in the country. 

Since 2018, the Beijing Microelectronics International Symposium and IC WORLD Conference has been held consecutively for five sessions in Beijing E-Town. Over the past five years, the conference has brought together high-end talents from the industry, tracked the latest developments in the field, and promoted the implementation of industrial projects. 

The conference has continuously expanded in scale and increased its reputation, making it the largest integrated circuit conference in North China that integrates academic conferences and exhibitions.
